Janet | Primary Injector

Hey! I'm Janet, the primary injector at True. I've been an RN for over a decade, with a background in both cosmetic nursing and in Intensive Care. Aesthetic injectables is a space to combine my love for caring for others with my interest in the art and science of beauty. True Aesthetics was created because I couldn’t find a clinic who spoke to who I am, or how I wanted to be treated when I access aesthetic procedures. I wanted to build a clinic with integrity, that focuses on the patient experience and provides folks with a safe, unhurried space to, without judgment or pressure. I'm a tenderheart through and through, so I care deeply about making people feel heard and respected Outside of my love for other women and for all folks, I am completely enamoured with the science of beauty. Understanding ratios and measurements, the physiology of aging, and how to utilize products is unbelievably fun and fascinating. I have taken additional injector courses, work under our brilliant Medical Directors, and am constantly seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge.

Hannah | Injector
Hi everyone, I'm Hannah! I am so excited to meet you all and to join the team at True Aesthetics as a Registered Nurse Injector! I have been a Registered Nurse since 2019, working primarily in Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care. I have always felt a pull towards Medical Aesthetics and the world of cosmetic nursing, and began my training journey in 2023. I have since taken additional training courses and have completed preceptorships in order to build my knowledge and skills, and I could not be more excited to continue to grow with the wonderful team at True! My approach as an RN injector is one that is patient-lead and results driven, I want YOU to feel like you are in control! I love having the opportunity to really work together in order to achieve your aesthetic goals, and I always want you to feel comfortable, safe, and listened to in my chair. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time being active - whether it is outside, in the gym, or in a yoga class. I also have a huge passion for food! I love trying new restaurants or new recipes with my fiancé, and we love to host our friends and family. I can't wait to see you soon!

Hi everyone! I'm Jessica and I'm excited to be part of the True team. What brought me to True was the amazing vibe and how welcome everyone makes you feel here. My interest in skincare and medical aesthetics started when I went through my own acne journey. That experience drove me to learn more, and I've gained so much knowledge at True. Outside of work, I love spending time with my fiancée and daughter as well as hiking and cooking. I can't wait to meet you and look forward to sharing more of my journey with you all.

Hey it's Cara and I am over the moon about getting to work with True. I've worked in acute care in Edmonton for over 10 years and prior to that studied visual media arts. It’s hard for me not to not fixate on the beauty that comes from every individual's face and essence, so when I have my camera around I love to try and capture it. I love working with both digital and film photography and recently bought myself a 100 year old wet-plate camera that I can’t wait to start working with. I can be found spending hours at sea on my surfboard, often forgetting the time and letting my SPF melt away. Having said that - forever grateful for Janet & TRUE for looking after my skin while still letting me embrace the things I love most in life.
