Dermal Filler for Under-Eye

Also called tear trough filler, this treatment uses hyaluronic acid-based filler to address hollowing, shadowing, and volume loss under the eyes. This shadowing can make you look tired even when you’re not.

Under-eye filler can reduce dark circles caused by hollowing, soften shadows, and create a refreshed, well-rested look. Results are often immediate and continue to improve over 1–2 weeks, lasting on average 12 – 16 months.

Treatment takes about 30 minutes. After cleansing and numbing, a trained medical provider carefully places the filler using a needle or cannula to restore volume and smooth the transition between the under-eye and cheek. Because this area is delicate, precise technique is essential.

Most clients need 1–2 syringes, depending on volume loss. We recommend booking a
