Dr. Jin Soo (Andy) Song

Dr. Song is board certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Canadian Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Song earned his Bachelor of Science from Queen’s University in Kingston, graduating within the top 3% of all students across both Faculties of Arts & Sciences. He then went on to complete medical school at Dalhousie University in Halifax. Dr. Song completed a five-year residency training in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Alberta in Edmonton. During this time he completed an intensive surgical training program and further cultivated his clinical research portfolio, receiving accolades including the national Wilfred Goodman Award in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Song has authored numerous publications in academic journals and presents his work at several national and international conferences. He went on to complete a dedicated fellowship in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery under the tutelage of Drs. Steve and Scott Smith in Ohio. With a focus specifically on surgical rejuvenation of the aging face, Dr. Song honed his expertise on integrating the union of form and function to yield optimal patient outcomes. Dr. Song performs the full scope of cosmetic surgeries to provide a surgical plan most appropriate to a patient’s goals. Dr. Andrew Morrissey

Dr. Morrissey is double board certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery as well as by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He has particular interest and expertise in rhinoplasty, with over 10 years of experience in this field. He utilizes a variety of innovative techniques to optimize both the aesthetics and nasal function.

Dr. Raiyan Chowdhury

Dr. Raiyan Chowdhury is a distinguished board-certified otolaryngologist and critical care medicine specialist.

He graduated from the University of Alberta residency programs in ENT surgery and critical care medicine showcasing his dedication to advancing medical expertise.

Following his residency, Dr. Chowdhury further enhanced his credentials by earning a master’s degree from the Kellogg school of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago.

Dr. Chowdhury’s career is marked by significant leadership roles. In 2022, he completed his tenure as the associate director of the Royal Alexandra Intensive Care Unit and served as the quality lead for the department of critical care medicine at the University of Alberta. His leadership and commitment to quality care have been instrumental in advancing critical care practices.

As a co-founding partner of Alberta ENT Consultants and Canadian Cancer Care, Dr. Chowdhury has played a pivotal role in shaping comprehensive ENT and cancer care services in Alberta. Over the past decade, he has developed an in-depth facial plastics practice, receiving subspecialty training from the renowned facial plastic expert, Dr. John Keohane. Dr. Chowdhury has performed thousands of nasal operations and procedures, earning him a reputation for excellence in this specialized field.

In addition to his clinic practice, Dr. Chowdhury is also one of the co-founders of True Aesthetics and co-owner of Advanced Facial and Nasal Surgery Centre, two innovative, distinguished centres dedicated to aesthetic medicine.

He also contributes to the academic community as a clinical assistant professor at the University of Alberta. His dedication to education was recognized in 2022 when he received a teaching award from the residents of the division of otolaryngology.

Dr. Chowdhury’s commitment to patient care, leadership, and education has made him a respectful figure in the medical community, both in Alberta and beyond.
