what is scarring?

Most people will already understand that a scar is a mark left on the skin after an injury has healed, because when your skin gets cut, burned, or damaged, your body works to repair it by producing new tissue. What’s unique about scar tissue is that it’s made up of collagen, a protein that helps close the wound. This repair process doesn’t always match the look and feel of the surrounding skin, leading to a noticeable mark or scar. Scars can vary in appearance, size, and colour, depending on the severity of the injury and how your unique body heals.

From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. I'm not very good with needles, and I became lightheaded during the treatment. The esthetician immediately recognized what was happening and handled the situation with incredible professionalism and care. She stayed calm, acted quickly, and made sure I was comfortable and well looked after. It was obvious that she is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and well-trained. Once I was feeling better, the rest of my Botox treatment went smoothly, and I felt completely at ease.
