How do I prepare for my treatment?
- Arrive with clean skin and, if possible, no makeup.
- Avoid alcohol the day before and the day of your treatment.
- Avoid prolonged sun/UV exposure and extreme temperatures in the week leading up to your appointment.
- Avoid dental work and other aesthetic treatments for one week before treatment.
- Teoxane recommends avoiding aspirin, anti-inflammatory medications, anticoagulants and vitamin E for one week beforehand; do not stop any prescribed medication without speaking with your healthcare provider first.
- Let your injector know about any medications, supplements, allergies, medical conditions or recent aesthetic treatments.

Once your skin is cleansed and prepared, TEOSYAL® PureSense Redensity 1 is carefully administered using the babyGLOW™ 8-point injection technique. These strategically selected injection points allow the product to diffuse beneath the skin, enhancing hydration, radiance and overall skin quality without adding unwanted volume.
The injections themselves typically take just 5–10 minutes. How long does it take?
A babyGLOW™ treatment is quick and efficient. The injection portion typically takes around 5–10 minutes on each side of your face, with additional time for consultation, cleansing and preparation. I’d recommend allowing approximately 30 minutes for your full appointment.
What is the comfort level?
Comfort Level: Minimal discomfort — mild pinching may be felt during injections.
How long is the recovery period?
Minimal to no downtime. Most patients can return to their normal daily activities immediately after babyGLOW™. Mild redness, swelling, tenderness or small injection marks can occur and typically settle within 24–48 hours. Bruising is also possible.
Teoxane’s babyGLOW™ evaluation found that 98% of patients felt no downtime was required and could return immediately to their daily activities.
When will I see results?

What are the aftercare instructions?
- Keep the treated area clean and avoid touching or rubbing the injection sites for the first 24 hours.
- Avoid makeup for approximately 12 hours, or until the injection sites have closed.
- Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours to help minimize swelling and bruising.
- Avoid saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms, and excessive heat for 24–48 hours.
- Avoid significant sun exposure and tanning beds for 48 hours.
- Avoid other skin treatments to the area until the skin has settled, generally 1–2 weeks.
- Avoid retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, and other potentially irritating active skincare products for 48–72 hours.

How often should I get this treatment?
For best results, babyGLOW™ is typically recommended as a series of 2–3 treatments, depending on your skin goals:
- Skin beautification: 2 treatments, spaced 4 weeks apart
- Skin rejuvenation: 3 treatments — the second at 4 weeks, followed by the third 6 weeks later

Are there any contraindications?
babyGLOW™ may not be suitable for everyone. Treatment should be avoided or discussed with your provider if you:
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Are under 18 years of age
- Have an active skin infection, inflammation or irritation in the treatment area
- Have a known allergy to hyaluronic acid, lidocaine or amide-type local anesthetics
- Have a history of severe allergies or anaphylaxis
- Have an autoimmune condition
- Have certain cardiac or liver conditions
- Have epilepsy or porphyria
- Have recently undergone laser, chemical peel, ultrasound-based or other aesthetic treatments.
