Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. Cancellations less than 48h notice are subject to a $50 fee, and cancellations less than 24h are subject to a $100 fee. If you have a service that books 90min or greater of your provider’s time (for example, Morpheus8, Sofwave or BBL/Moxi Combo), the fee for cancellation less than 48h is $100, and same-day cancellations are $200.
